Tent Heating and Cooling

Control the temperature in your next tent rental! Creating a comfortable temperature is critical to the success of any event. Consider renting a heater, air conditioning unit or fan to control the temperature on those hot and cold days. The heating and cooling units provide 300,000 BTUs of cooling with twin compressors for redundant dependability and up to 72 kW of electric resistive heat that can be activated with the touch of a button. Each unit is designed for easy installation with our ClearSpan tents.

Tent Air Conditioners and Cooling

When your challenge is to beat the heat, Wilson Rental can help you with cooling units to accommodate your tent rental. Our 5-ton and 10-ton air conditioners are for situations where space is limited. All air conditioners are painted white to match the tents. They are equipped with quick connect plugs for fast set ups and removals, and come with condensate pumps to ensure that your event isn’t compromised by wet weather.
Tent Air Conditioners Features:
• Moisture remover: this is especially preferred in areas of the country that experience high humidity
• Capability: refrigerant cools room temperatures by 30 to 40 degrees
• Rule of thumb for cooling tents: 1 ton of cooling (12,000 Btu) for every 150 to 250 square feet of tent space
• Factors to consider in addition to square footage of area to be cooled: where the tent will be positioned, the date, time and type of party.

Heated Tents and Cooling Tents

Wilson Rental can heat or cool any type of tent that has sides or is enclosed. For the best results, we recommend ClearSpan tents. These tents are engineered for maximum strength with the ability to withstand strong winds and inclement weather. ClearSpan tents are constructed using rigid, anodized aluminum frame covered with flame retardant vinyl fabric.

Want to really impress your guests? Add an entrance door to your framed tent. Doors not only look good, but they help with climate control. Our decorative fabrics or tent liners add a dramatic touch. Sheer fabric swags can be added to the side poles, top of the tent, or throughout the tent. For weddings and evening events, Wilson rental has a variety of lighting options.
