We have rental equipment to make hosting your organized event a breeze.

Tents – Our do-it-yourself canopy tents provide overhead shelter for sun and light rain. Frame tents are professionally installed and provide shelter against most bad weather. Ideal for installation on asphalt, concrete, decks and tight fit areas.

Beverage Coolers – Available in 5-gallon and 10-gallon sizes, our beverage coolers feature a spigot for dispensing your cold water or beverages.

Refrigeration – We offer a variety of coolers and chiller tables help ensure that your food is kept at the correct temperature.

Ice Chest – Our versatile 120-quart cooler is large enough to hold food and beverages for your event.

Super Coolers – This round cooler holds a half-barrel or 80 canned beverages.

Party Mate Cooler – An upright cooler with wheels that holds 80 canned beverages.

Trough – A large, sturdy plastic tub that holds up to 20 cases of canned beverages.

Chiller Tables and Table Tops – The 4” depth holds up to 75 lbs. of ice to keep food and drinks chilled at your event. Our 30”x6’ table is a free-standing, sturdy unit made of black plastic. Our 20”x37” table top is made of sturdy plastic and sits atop a table. Both feature plugs or valves for ease in draining.

Barricades - Our crowd control barricades are ideal for outdoor events including walks, runs, sporting events and more. They provide safety by separating auto traffic from pedestrian traffic can be effectively used to allow people to move freely from one area to another. The 8’ wide sections are lightweight, freestanding and portable.

Tables and Chairs – We offer a variety of tables and chairs which includes standard folding chairs useful for any application as well as conference tables, banquet tables and other specialty tables.

Trash Receptacles – It’s a good idea to have a number of trash receptacles placed throughout the event. We offer the convenience of plastic garbage cans or cardboard trash containers that are compact and easy to assemble.

Portable Lectern Stand with Sound - Has a podium and microphone with built-in speaker for speeches, keynote addresses, or any other announcements.

Beacon Sound System – This portable line array tower is ready to rumble. Everything is built into one compact enclosure on wheels. Includes CD player, wireless microphone and speakers.
