Festivals

When planning a festival for your community, church or other organization, call Wilson Rental for all your festival needs.

Tents - Tents are the perfect option for festivals because they are available in a variety of sizes and can be set up to accommodate the various activities. They can also be customized to fit around or over any permanent structures and/or trees.

Consider the weather when planning your festival. The best bet is to be prepared for any type of weather. Even if rain is not an issue, you’ll want to provide some shelter from the heat and sun.

Tents are ideal for vendors, food and beverage service, entertainment, ticket sales and resting/eating areas. Various styles of sidewalls can be added to provide protection from the elements, insulate heated or cooled tents, and act as a sound barrier. Call Wilson Rental’s professional staff to assist you in planning out the tent sizes and styles to best fit your needs.

Portable Restrooms - Restrooms should be placed where they are convenient to the attendees. We have a variety of different sizes and styles to choose from, including handicapped access restrooms. We offer additional service visits to insure they are well supplied and routinely checked. Hand wash stations are also available.

Stages - Various sizes are available. Heights are adjustable, depending on your event. Options include steps, runways, hand rails, ramps, skirting and backdrops. Wilson Rental can place your stage inside an entertainment tent or provide a stage cover to protect from rain and sun.

Generators – Most outdoor events require a substantial amount of electricity to power lighting, sound systems, food prep and catering equipment, electronics, and climate control systems. Keep your event worry-free by managing your electrical needs from a single source. Generator power is the most common and effective way to power a tent or outdoor event. Wilson Rental can supply the generators and other power distribution products to help handle the additional load of electricity required to facilitate your event.

Trash Receptacles – It’s a good idea to have a number of trash receptacles placed throughout the festival site. We offer the convenience of plastic garbage cans or cardboard trash containers that are compact and easy to assemble.

Crowd Control - Crowd control barricades allow people to move freely from on area to another. They’re also ideal for security and can be used to protect equipment, section off V.I.P. areas, beer gardens, and more.

Ticket booths - Ticket booths offer portability, security and protection from the wind, sun, and rain.

Tables and Chairs - Plan on providing seating for your vendors, food and beverage, and entertainment tents. Wilson Rental can provide a variety of tables and chairs for your needs. We have standard folding chairs useful for any application and conference tables, banquet tables and other specialty tables.

Concession Equipment - Concessions make the festival complete! Enjoyed by adults and children alike, the more variety—the better. Wilson Rental offers Hot Dog Carts and Steamers, Popcorn and Cotton Candy Machines, Sno-Cone and Margarita Machines.

Food Preparation & Refrigeration - A festival isn’t complete without food! Wilson Rental has grills available to accommodate any large crowd. We also offer refrigerators, coolers and chiller tables to help ensure food is kept at the correct temperature.
